A board game where you place tiles to make a beautiful, sprawling city with your teammate who are ostensibly on your side. Until the secret objectives get in the way, at least.

Install instructions
Print and cut out the cards. You only need to download the file titled "cards.docx", both sets of secret objective cards and the rules. The others are the individual cards you can print if you need replacements.
